1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mitra77 platform at mitra77.club ("the Platform"), registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the mitra77 Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and mitra77 ("we", "us", "our", "mitra77"). mitra77 operates under an international gaming authority licence. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the mitra77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or non-cash benefit granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and source-of-funds documentation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which mitra77 Player Accounts are denominated.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active Account on mitra77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 21+
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of mitra77 or any of its licensed game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from mitra77 or had an Account closed for a violation of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts will be merged or closed at mitra77's sole discretion, with any bonus claims forfeited. mitra77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

mitra77 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity, age, and — where applicable — source of funds of all registered Players. You agree to provide, on request and within a reasonable timeframe, any or all of the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, or bank account in your registered name).
• Source of funds documentation where withdrawal amounts or cumulative Account activity trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds.

mitra77 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or gaming access pending KYC completion. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for Accounts that have not completed the applicable level of verification. mitra77 retains all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All mitra77 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied at the point of deposit or withdrawal.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction for each payment method. Deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, and Hong Leong Bank are typically credited within two minutes. mitra77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the funding source must be held in the Player's own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification status. Standard processing time is within one business day following KYC clearance. mitra77 reserves the right to apply enhanced processing times for large withdrawal amounts pending additional source-of-funds review.

Dormant Accounts: An Account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 deducted from the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered on the mitra77 Platform are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the stated Wagering Requirement is met.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated expiry window. Uncompleted wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device.
• Game contribution rates toward Wagering Requirements vary by product: live casino and slots titles typically contribute at 100%, sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms, and certain games may be excluded entirely.
• mitra77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to complete wagering with minimal risk.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only. mitra77 reserves the right to exclude any Player from future promotions at its sole discretion.

7. Gaming Rules & Betting Conduct

Each game category on the mitra77 Platform — including live casino, slots, sportsbook, Plinko, and crash games — is governed by its respective product rules, which are published within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for the relevant product.

Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with mitra77's sportsbook rules at the time of placement. mitra77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a palpable error in odds has occurred (including manifest pricing errors), regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined — due to data feed delay or any other technical cause — will be voided and stakes returned.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mitra77 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false identity, age, or documentation during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Collusion with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or undisclosed promotions.
• Money laundering, structuring, or any financial activity that violates applicable law.
• Allowing a third party to use your Account or funding your Account from a third-party source.
• Any behaviour that mitra77 reasonably determines to constitute abuse of the Platform, its staff, or other Players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mitra77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the property of mitra77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without mitra77's prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of the mitra77 Platform is governed by the mitra77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your data as described therein.

11. Responsible Gaming

mitra77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Players are strongly encouraged to treat gaming as entertainment, set personal limits before commencing play, and seek support if they believe their gambling behaviour is causing harm.

The following tools are available to all registered Players via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over specified periods.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders and cut-offs.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mitra77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim. mitra77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

mitra77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. mitra77 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability outside its reasonable control.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

mitra77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mitra77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• KYC requirements have not been met within the requested timeframe.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity has been conducted on the Account.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations require account action.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., where no breach has been identified), any verified Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements will not be returned.

14. Amendments to These Terms

mitra77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform not less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mitra77 holds its international gaming authority licence. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance.

If direct resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
